Job Description: As a Training Specialist, your role involves assessing and educating new and current employees, opticians, and customers within the designated region. You will be responsible for organizing and conducting seminars, classroom training sessions, and programs for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Building strong relationships with customers and instilling confidence - Training internal sales teams, customer care representatives, and fitters - Conducting training sessions for opticians through conferences and seminars - Providing hospital retail training for doctors and optometrists - Troubleshooting nonadaptation cases - Facilitating the easy dispensing of premium Zeiss products Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in optometry - Minimum 1-6 years of relevant experience in product training in the ophthalmic segment - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to travel extensively,
