Job Description: As a Functional Trainer in the Common Specialty Business department, your role involves working closely with the Cluster team to ensure the effectiveness of planned trainings. You will be responsible for catering to trainings in the learning roadmap as well as meeting other business requirements. Additionally, you will deliver ad-hoc trainings as needed to support businesses with specific projects such as product launches and ongoing contests. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and assess the effectiveness of training sessions - Conduct trainings as per the learning roadmap and business needs - Deliver ad-hoc trainings for specific projects and initiatives - Update MIS & Trackers regularly and diligently - Conduct field work and observations for FLS - Travel as required for training and business needs - Ability to conduct workshops on selling skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a training or related role Please note that this role will require you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.,
