As a Training Manager in the leading Jewellery industry in Madurai, your role will involve conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements. You will be responsible for designing and developing training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods. Your duties will also include delivering training programs either in-person or virtually, and evaluating training effectiveness using metrics such as participant feedback, quiz results, and on-the-job performance. Additionally, you will be managing training budgets and resources, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training content, and ensuring that training programs align with business objectives and compliance requirements. Qualifications Required: - Any Degree Key Responsibilities: - Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements - Design and develop training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods - Deliver training programs, either in-person or virtually - Evaluate training effectiveness, using metrics such as participant feedback, quiz results, and on-the-job performance - Manage training budgets and resources - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content - Ensure training programs align with business objectives and compliance requirements Experience Required: - Minimum 5+ years in the jewellery industry Additional Details: - Job Type: Full-time - Work Location: In person Please note that the company offers benefits such as Provident Fund and a day shift schedule.
