Role Overview: As a Quality & Training Leader at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for driving Process Excellence Transformation Roadmap & Projects to help client organizations achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and client contacts to lead transformation journeys across multiple accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Create and drive Process Excellence Transformation Roadmap & Projects - Help client organizations realize business objectives through process improvements, end-to-end transformations, RPA, analytics, and other levers - Coach and mentor transformation experts to deliver improvement commitments - Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions - Drive VOC actionable across the team and maintain/improve scores - Develop and lead a team of training professionals delivering domain & process training - Establish and drive ROI for learning investment and value delivered to the business - Plan and execute training interventions as per WNS Training framework - Review & align measurement & tracking of training efficiency and effectiveness - Design content and knowledge management procedures for training Qualifications: - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification & knowledge/experience in Agile methodology preferred - Relevant work experience in process improvement with BPM/BPO organizations - Skilled in due diligence exercises, automation solutions, and training delivery - Experience in leading multi-client, multi-geo training with 1000+ people business - Preferred experience in digitalization of training delivery - Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in BPO/ITES environment - Business acumen, excellent communication, and project management skills - Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills - Previous experience in leading transformation projects (Note: The qualifications section in the job description only mentions that the candidate needs to be a graduate.
