Training Counselor

Job Title : Training Counselor / Business Communication Executive

Location : Chennai (field based)

Salary : 20k per month + TA + incentives

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Business Communication professionals to join as Training Counselors, responsible for building strong partnerships with educational institutions, managing student engagement, and driving admissions for our training programs. This is a growth-oriented role for individuals passionate about youth development, education, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities for training and workshop programs.
• Communicate effectively with institutional heads, placement officers, and student communities.
• Generate and manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into successful partnerships and admissions.
• Coordinate with trainers to organize and execute workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions.
• Counsel students on our courses and career development opportunities.
• Track and report all outreach, conversions, and training activity metrics.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for institutional tie-ups and student admissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Training Coordination, Student Counseling, or Institutional Relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel to college campuses.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Variable Pay: Attractive commissions on successful deals and admissions
• Additional travel and communication allowances provided
