Training Counselor – Digital Marketing Institute

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Training Counselor to join our Digital Marketing Institute. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in counseling, student enrollment, and sales within the education or training industry. You will be responsible for guiding students, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable digital marketing courses to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media leads.
• Counsel students about various Digital Marketing programs (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Analytics, etc.) and help them select the right course based on their career aspirations.
• Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities to students and parents.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and education industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in counseling or student admissions (preferably in Digital Marketing / IT / Training sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (basic understanding) will be an added advantage.
