Experience

  • Minimum of 2-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or training roles.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and training methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance for the domestic formulations sales team.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops, utilizing effective teaching methodologies to engage participants and facilitate learning.
  • Provide support and guidance to sales representatives during and after training to reinforce learning and enhance skills.
  • Help create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate participant engagement and performance during training sessions and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Trainer to ensure that training content is relevant and aligned with business goals and product strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains current and applicable.
  • Assist in organizing training events and workshops, including logistics and participant communication.
  • Contribute to reporting on training outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations for future training initiatives.

  • Effectiveness of training programs, as measured by participant feedback and assessment scores.
  • Adherence to training schedule.
  • Timeliness and accuracy in updating training materials.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
  • Basic knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and sales processes.
