Location - Mumbai Overall Purpose of the Role We are looking for a skilled professional to develop engaging training content and manage our Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves creating impactful learning materials, ensuring seamless LMS operations, and supporting user engagement to drive learning success. Areas of Responsibility Creating high-quality training materials such as videos, detailed decks, and concise one-page summaries to enhance learning effectiveness. Updating and refining existing decks to align with the latest organizational strategies, products, and training objectives. Customizing content based on specific requests from city-level State Heads, DSSMs, GT, or RLFR clients to address localized training needs effectively. LMS Tool Full Utilization - Designing self-development modules in small capsules and uploading them into the LMS for easy access and scalability. Explore and integrate new AI tools to improve content creation workflows. Qualification, Experience & Skills Required Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field. 4 to 6 yrs of experience minimum in same Speaking Gujarati Language mandatory Proven experience in developing training content and managing an LMS. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic graphic design and video creating & editing skills.
