Life Circle (Care Vidya Academy) is India’s leading home healthcare and caregiver training organization. Backed by global partners, we empower youth by training them as professional geriatric caregivers, improving eldercare standards nationwide.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Training Centre Manager to run our Barhi Caregiver Training Centre. You will ensure smooth operations, high-quality training delivery, trainer supervision, and achievement of our annual goal to train and place 300 youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the training center.
• Plan training batches and allocate trainers
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and dropout control
• Track admissions, assessments, completions, and placements
• Coordinate with mobilization and placement teams
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with SOPs

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in skilling/vocational training operations (minimum 2 years in centre/program management)
• Strong operational, scheduling, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in healthcare/caregiving training is a plus
• Proficiency in Hindi, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
