As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 1 year in teaching or training, preferably in EdTech/online platforms, you will play a crucial role in delivering subject-specific live and recorded sessions to learners. Your responsibilities will include developing interactive training materials, quizzes, and assessments to enhance the learning experience. Furthermore, you will conduct doubt-solving and mentoring sessions, adapting teaching strategies based on learner performance to ensure effective knowledge transfer. To excel in this role, it is essential to stay updated with industry trends to deliver relevant and up-to-date training content. Additionally, maintaining high learner engagement and feedback scores will be a key focus area. Collaboration with the Program Manager and Teaching Assistants for seamless class execution will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
