Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trainer to lead and support a team working on Russian handwritten document projects. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in training or handling data entry/processing projects involving Russian handwriting.

This role requires frequent travel between Chennai and Tindivanam, overseeing training sessions, monitoring data quality, and ensuring project consistency across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on reading, interpreting, and processing Russian handwritten documents.
• Create training materials, guides, and best practices tailored to the project.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and skill development.
• Travel regularly between Chennai and Tindivanam to supervise and support local teams.
• Ensure project goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
• Provide assistance in troubleshooting language or document interpretation issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, data entry, or document processing projects, preferably involving handwritten or language-specific content.
• Strong command over Russian language, especially in reading and understanding handwritten text.
• Experience creating and delivering structured training programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Chennai and Tindivanam.
• Familiarity with data entry tools and quality control processes.

Preferred:

• Background in linguistics, translation, or language training.
• Previous experience with OCR tools or handwritten document digitization.
• Experience in managing regional teams or multi-location training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
