Trainer - Python Fullstack

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Python Fullstack Trainer to become a part of our team. The perfect candidate should possess extensive knowledge of frontend and backend development technologies and possess the skills to effectively teach and guide students or professionals. Your responsibilities will include conducting interactive training sessions on Python Fullstack Development, covering areas such as Python, Django/Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular. You will be tasked with designing the curriculum, creating training materials, assignments, and projects, as well as conducting live sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and code reviews. Monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback, keeping abreast of industry trends and tools, and developing real-world projects to enhance practical learning are also part of your role. Technical skills required for this position include proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js or Angular, backend technologies like Python, Django or Flask, familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, and knowledge of other tools like REST APIs, Postman, and optionally Docker and VS Code. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, possess over 3 years of experience in Python Fullstack Development, and have previous experience in training or mentoring. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
