Trainer & Program Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer & Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering effective training programs while coordinating training schedules, participants, and related administrative activities. The role requires strong communication skills, training expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Training Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs as per organisational requirements
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and/or practical training sessions
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure training quality, engagement, and learning effectiveness

Coordination Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate training schedules, batches, and calendars
• Liaise with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders
• Manage trainee attendance, records, and training documentation
• Coordinate logistics including venues, equipment, and training resources
• Prepare training reports and maintain MIS data

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic reporting and documentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred)
• Certification in Training / Teaching / Facilitation is an added advantage

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in training, coordination, or learning & development roles
• Experience in handling batches, schedules, or academic/training programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
