Job Description:

Responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in plumbing systems as per curriculum. Ensure trainees gain industry-relevant skills and are job-ready, with a focus on safety, quality, and employability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Deliver sessions on tools, fixtures, water supply, sanitation systems, and safety.
• Use hands-on demonstrations, models, and equipment to ensure skill transfer.
• Assess trainees through assignments, practical tests, and viva.
• Maintain training records and support placement activities.

Qualification & Experience

• ITI/Diploma in Plumbing, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in plumbing.
• Certified Trainer preferred or willing to undergo certification.

Skills Required

• Strong technical expertise in plumbing practices.
• Good communication in Tamil & English languages.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
• Knowledge of safety standards and environment-friendly practices.
