Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer cum Counselor located in Ranchi. The Trainer cum Counselor will conduct training sessions and workshops for students, educators, and corporate clients. They will provide counseling to students on academic and career-related matters, administer and interpret psychometric assessments, and deliver personalized guidance based on individual SWOT analysis. The role also involves developing and implementing training materials, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training and Workshop facilitation
• Experience in Counseling and providing Career Guidance
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting Psychometric Assessments
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Training Materials
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in academic or career counseling is a plus
