Trainer – Creative Skilling Program

Job description Position Overview: We are in search of a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Trainer for a creative skilling program. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive training modules to equip participants with essential 21st-century skills, fostering creativity, and inspiring innovation among college students. The ideal candidate will possess strong training skills, a good understanding of digital skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Train students on using computers, Adobe Express, data analysis, and other creative tools. Create engaging classes and discussions to foster creative thinking. Explain concepts clearly and provide examples to ensure student understanding. Engage students in small projects and tests to assess their learning progress. Support students in exploring new ideas and collaborating on projects. Inform students about job opportunities that require creative skills and help them prepare for such roles. Monitor and report on the progress of the program to ensure effectiveness. Collaborate with and onboard colleges for workshops to reach more students. Treat everyone with respect and create a welcoming environment where all students feel valued Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in delivering training or instruction, particularly in digital creativity, entrepreneurship, or related areas. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express, with hands-on experience. Familiarity with generative AI, data storytelling, presentation design, and social media marketing concepts, with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and inspiring diverse audiences. Enthusiasm for empowering youth, children, and communities through education,mentrepreneurship, and creativity. Commitment to promoting ethical and responsible digital practices, including awareness of copyright and permissions issues.
