Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Telecaller Trainer to train young women students at our Panskura training centre. The trainer will deliver sessions on Automotive Telecalling and Customer Engagement Skills aligned with industry expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive classroom sessions on Automotive Telecaller skills.
• Develop students’ communication, sales, and customer service abilities.
• Maintain records of student attendance and progress.
• Create and use training materials, mock call scripts, and practice exercises.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of industry experience in automobile sales.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer or teacher.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and motivate young learners.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and spoken English.
• Fluency in Bengali and English.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
