Job Description

Required
2 to 3 years
of experience as A/R Trainer and over experience of 5-6 years in US healthcare with any graduation.
Deep understanding of the entire scope of medical billing with specialization in AR.
Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex AR concepts clearly.
Ability to interpret AR reports, identify patterns (e.g., denials), and develop training programs based on Quality reports shared.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), clearinghouses, and Microsoft Office or LMS platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Accuracy in documenting training sessions, Creating Process Documents, tracking learner progress, Process Knowledge monitoring session and maintaining compliance.
Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), Certified Professional Biller (CPB) will be added advantage (not mandatory).
