Trainee/Associate (International voice)

As a Trainee/Associate in the International Voice Process team, your role will involve handling inbound/outbound calls with international clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling international inbound/outbound customer calls and queries professionally. - Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues within defined timelines. - Maintaining excellent customer service standards and meeting performance benchmarks (quality, accuracy, productivity). - Recording and updating customer information in the system. - Following company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines. - Collaborating with team members and supporting team objectives. - Escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per international time zones.
