Trainee Sales & Marketing

What you can expect from the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Trainee to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the fields of B2B marketing and sales enablement. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing and sales activities, from content and collateral creation to lead generation and market research.

Manage and update content in the Content Management System[CMS]

Build and maintain lead generation databases

Support the creation of marketing collateral PPTs, brochures, creatives, and short videos

Assist with presales tasks including proposals, pitch decks, and client research

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Support SEO and website optimization initiatives

Coordinate with internal teams for website updates, campaigns and event support

Assist with social media content planning and basic design

Hands-on learning experience with a supportive team

Exposure to real-world B2B marketing and sales practices

Opportunity to work on diverse projects – digital, design, research, and more

What will help you do the job well

Must-have skills/ characteristics

MBA in Marketing

Strong interest in digital marketing, B2B sales, and branding

Good communication and writing skills

Willingness to learn and take ownership

Other desirable skills/characteristics

Basic knowledge of tools like MS PowerPoint & Excel, Canva, Adobe tools, or video editors.

Familiarity with SEO, CMS, or marketing automation tools.

Knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices.

Willingness to travel domestic/International.
