Job Description

Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked Maintaining Plants Displays Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Develop a deep understanding of the nurserys inventory, including various plant species, fertilizers, pots, gardening tools, and other related products. Stay updated on the latest gardening trends and best practices. Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good Plant Knowledge Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Flexibility to work various shifts Must Have 0-02 years of Experience in Retail Sales Qualifications :- 12th Pass Above Basic computer skills for using Point-of-Sale Systems. Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
