Job Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Odoo Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications and modules to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, Odoo framework, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Odoo Development : Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications according to the business needs. Implementation Configuration : Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions, including Odoo installations, configurations, and customizations. Integration : Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Troubleshooting Support : Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for Odoo modules and applications to ensure optimal performance. Database Management : Work with PostgreSQL to manage and optimize database performance. Testing Quality Assurance : Write unit tests, conduct debugging, and ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and development work. Skills Qualifications: Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and implementation. Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of python , XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with the Odoo framework and module structure. Odoo Version Knowledge : Experience with Odoo versions 17 and above. Has developed applications using Python/Odoo(open ERP). Knowledge of modules like POS, Web, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Account, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Odoo certification (Odoo Developer or Odoo Functional Consultant) is a plus. Experience with Odoo eCommerce, Manufacturing, or Accounting modules is highly desirable.
