Odoo Functional Consultant Job Description: * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyse business requirements for Odoo implementations. * Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR to meet business needs. * Provide functional expertise during the design, testing, and implementation phases of Odoo projects. * Assist in troubleshooting, resolving, and optimizing Odoo system issues. * Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for Odoo functionalities. • Become the project lead and manage project end to end lifecycle. Requirements * 3 to 5 Years of Experience working in Odoo Implementations * Prior experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role would be preferrable * In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and CRM. * Proven ability to gather requirements and map them to functional solutions in Odoo. • Strong understanding of Odoo configurations, workflows, and reporting tools. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Preferred Qualifications (not a deal breaker) * Odoo certifications will be an added advantage. * Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions v18 * Familiarity with Odoo Studio for basic customizations and integrations. * Basic understanding of Python and PostgreSQL for minor troublesh Odoo Technical Developer Job Description: * Collaborate with Functional Lead to gather and analyse business requirements for Odoo Development in Community edition. * Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR to meet business needs. * Provide Technical solution expertise during the design, testing, and development phases of Odoo projects. * Manage troubleshooting, resolving, and optimizing Odoo system issues. * Create standard user onboarding process onto the projects and create documentation for Odoo functionalities. Requirements * 2 to 4 Years of Experience working in Odoo Development * Prior experience as an Odoo Developer or Odoo Technical Architect or similar role would be preferrable * In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and CRM. * Proven ability to gather requirements and map them to functional solutions in Odoo. • Strong understanding of Odoo configurations, workflows, and reporting tools. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
