Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Recruiter in US Staffing, located in Mumbai. The Trainee Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with staffing services, recruiting candidates, facilitating hiring processes, and managing temporary placements. Daily tasks will include communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

• Experience in Staffing Services, Hiring, and Recruiting
• Skills in Temporary Placement and managing placements
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shifts and effectively manage time
• Relevant qualifications or experience in HR or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
