Role & responsibilities Assist in the processing and assessment of motor claims. Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information. Maintain accurate records of claims and update the claims management system. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient claims resolution. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in claims management.
