Trainee - HR

Job Description

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews for candidates. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs. Provide administrative support for performance management and employee engagement activities. Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other general HR-related matters. Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities. Support HR team in organizing company events, initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications and Skills: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Strong interest in developing a career in HR. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
