Trainee Executive - Reservations

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join the Hotel Back office team as a Trainee Executive - Reservations. As our Trainee Executive - Reservations, you will ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries. You will efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, including managing room availability, rates, and special requests. Additionally, you will attend training sessions to enhance your skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery. Interacting with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, provide information about the hotel's offerings, and promptly resolve any issues or concerns will be a key part of your role. You will work closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Sales, to optimize room inventory, maximize revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience. Generating and analyzing reservation reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications for this position include technical knowledge of hotel booking systems preferred, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high standard of personal presentation with a confident, professional, and welcoming personality, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension or becoming permanent. This position is Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, with a Day shift, Morning shift, and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
