Trainee Engineer

As a Trainee Engineer at our company, you will be part of the Operations & Maintenance / Projects department, reporting to the Site Manager or Project Engineer. Your role as a Trainee Engineer is a full-time position in a 1-year training program, based in PALLADAM. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in wind turbine operations, maintenance, safety protocols, and site management within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Undergo comprehensive training in wind turbine technology and renewable energy principles. - Work at remote wind farm locations and at heights. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Adhere to health, safety, and environmental compliance standards. - Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in the dynamic wind energy industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering. - Basic understanding of wind turbine technology and renewable energy principles. - Willingness to work at remote locations and at heights. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance. - Eagerness to learn and develop in the renewable energy sector.
