Role Overview - Quantity Surveying: Extracting quantity from drawings and reviewing drawings. - Billing: Checking bills for inaccuracy and deviations when submitted from site, preparing consolidated bills of quantities for projects. - Cost Analysis: Preparing cost estimates and tracking deviations. - Rate Analysis: Conducting rate analysis of civil activities and estimating construction projects. - Store & Material Reconciliation: Reconciling store and material with actual progress. - Resource Planning & Scheduling: Preparing and tracking reports to check quality reports, progress, timelines, and schedules. Qualification Required - BE Civil/B.Tech. (Civil), Diploma (Civil) with 0-2 years" experience in residential building projects. - Working knowledge of taking out quantities from drawings. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD (BIM-optional but preferable) for calculation purposes. CTC - Up to Rs. 2.4 lakhs to 4 lakhs per year; negotiable based on competence. - Corporate health insurance coverage.
