Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to expand the customer pool, increase store traffic, and optimize profitability. You will focus on establishing tie-ups in local markets and malls to drive footfalls and achieve timely deliverables. Educating selling teams and sales staff about the company's goals, visual merchandising directives, and product knowledge will be a crucial aspect of your role. Regularly reviewing sales data, creating reports for senior-level officers, and utilizing business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff will be part of your responsibilities. You will travel to different organization locations within a specified area to meet and manage sales staff, review sales policies, and update curriculum as needed. Identifying both struggling and successful sales initiatives and exploring ways to improve sales metrics will be essential for your success. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, actively communicating with sales teams to foster a team environment, and planning and executing sales meetings to provide feedback and insights will be key tasks. Interviewing and training new sales employees, overseeing onboarding tasks, and managing operational requirements for existing and new stores will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing NSO (New Store Opening) activities. Qualifications: - A graduation or master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, or related fields may be preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, depending on past sales experience and industry knowledge. - Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current sales trends. - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organization. - Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and the ability to provide constructive feedback. - Willingness to travel regularly for meetings and general management duties.
