Trainee Chemist

As a Masters graduate from 2024 to 2025 in the locations of Walajabad, Sunguvarchathram, Sriperumbudhur, Kanchipuram, you will be responsible for the following: - **Testing and Analysis:** - Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, UV, pH Meter, and etc. - **Documentation:** - Accurately document test results and observations following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for audit readiness. - Prepare specifications for raw materials, packing materials, finished products, intermediates, solvents, and reagents used in analyses. - Inspect, sample, and test starting materials, packaging materials, semifinished, and finished products as per Standard Operating Procedures. - Prepare analysis reports for tested samples and investigate any Out of Specifications (OOS) results. - Create Certificate of Analysis (COA). - Ensure proper labelling of Quality control instruments, chemicals, and glassware. - **Compliance and Audits:** - Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, ICH, and other regulatory standards. - Assist with internal and external audits and inspections, preparing necessary reports and corrective actions. - **Instrument Calibration and Maintenance:** - Regularly calibrate laboratory instruments and perform preventive maintenance to ensure result accuracy and reliability. - **Deviation Handling and CAPA:** - Investigate OOS results, deviations, or non-conformances. - Initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and suggest process improvements. - **Sample Management:** - Manage collection, labelling, and storage of samples for testing. - Oversee stability studies and retention samples to ensure product consistency. - Update control sample details as per SOP. - Retain reference samples from each batch of products, semifinished and finished, and raw materials released to the market. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of QC processes by suggesting and implementing enhancements to testing methods and practices. - **Safety and Environment Compliance:** - Adhere to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and comply with environmental regulations.
