Job Description

Driving Top Line: Achieving expected sales target on consistent basis. Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up. Branch Visits/Branch Activation / Sales Planning/ Branch profiling (Details regarding Assets and liability customers, potential available) Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution Engage with IMDs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans, resolution to queries raised and Drive new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well as expand IMD network Building customer relationships and providing after-sales services and Improving customer satisfaction and achieving Sales targets and Analysing customer needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Working jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan and Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Bank Branch and MIS Preparation , Report Reconciliation.
