Key Responsibilities: Driving Top Line: Achieving expected sales target on consistent basis. Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up. Branch Visits/Branch Activation / Sales Planning/ Branch profiling (Details regarding Assets and liability customers, potential available) Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution Engage with IMDs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans, resolution to queries raised and Drive new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well expand IMD network Building customer relationships. providing after-sales services and Improving customer satisfaction and achieving Sales targets Analysing customer needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Working jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan and Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Bank Branch and MIS Preparation , Report Reconciliation Adherence to all trainings as assigned by the organization Interested candidates can mail their resume- mitashi.gupta4@universalsompo.com Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in banca channel or sales. Prior experience in managing insurance agents or financial advisors is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and manage agents. Good understanding of insurance products and market dynamics.
