Trainee Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a Trainee Administrative Assistant / Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and office tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic communication skills and working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who wish to start their career in administration.

Requirements

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain basic documents, spreadsheets and in Word.
  • Manage filing systems (soft copy and hard copy).
  • Support in data entry and record keeping.
  • Handle basic correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos).
  • Provide assistance to different departments as required.
  • Perform other general office duties assigned by the supervisor.
