Trainee - Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable (Fresher) supports the finance team by helping process invoices, verify payment details, and maintain accurate financial records. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates who are beginning their accounting career

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and entering supplier invoices.
• Support matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Help prepare payment requests and update payment status.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure documents are filed correctly.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with basic reconciliations and month-end tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance,
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (preferred).
• Basic Knwledge in MS Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
