Job Summary

Lord Krishna Builders, a leading real estate company in Kerala engaged in the construction and sale of high-rise apartments, shopping malls, and luxury villas, with projects in Trivandrum, Kochi, Thrissur, Guruvayur, and Palakkad, is looking for a Trainee Accountant to join our finance team.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates at the early stage of their accounting career who are eager to learn Zoho Books, Tally, GST, and real-estate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounts using Zoho Books (training will be provided)
• Support accounting work in Tally
• Help prepare MIS reports using MS Excel
• Assist in GST & TDS related work
• Support accounts finalization and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting activities
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and records

Eligibility & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Candidates residing within 10 km of Thrissur preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
• Willingness to learn Zoho Books & real-estate accounting

Skills Required

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines
