• Overall responsibility for coordination with client's team (both technical and administrative departments) and other stakeholders in Pune and consultant's team located outside Pune for the delivery of the project tasks.
• Undertaking secondary data collection from various government organisations/departments and stakeholders as per the project requirements.
• Managing and supervising the primary traffic and other surveys including the overall responsibility of collection of primary data and reports.
• Meeting with stakeholders and key staff member for organising stakeholders consultation workshop.
• Assisting in analysis of traffic and other data.
• Review of existing traffic and transport system
• Review of Plans and proposals relevant to the assignment
• Assisting in report writing
• Any other task assigned locally which are deemed necessary for completing the said project.
