Trading Enabler, VP

Role Overview: You will be working as a Trading Enabler at Vice-President level in the Distressed Products Group, focusing on distressed bonds, distressed loans, and par loans across European and EM markets. Your primary responsibility will involve market-making and risk positioning in European Leveraged Loans. Additionally, you will support risk management, position taking, and analysis of businesses and structures to identify potential trading opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify sectors with trading opportunities in the European par loans and distressed market - Conduct industry analysis including demand-supply analysis and pricing forecast - Perform fundamental analysis of underlying companies focusing on financial health, operational efficiencies, and competitive advantage - Perform end-to-end valuation exercises and credit analysis using various methods like Replacement cost analysis, DCF Valuation, Liquidation Valuation & Recovery Analysis - Understand capital structure, identify potential trading opportunities, and price debt accordingly - Regularly monitor topical credits for news flow, market intel, and commentary Qualification Required: - Experience: 8-10 years working with front office teams - Skills: Seasoned credit analyst with hands-on experience in end-to-end valuation exercises, familiarity with industry analysis, understanding of fundamental credit analysis, preferably in the European Levered Loan market. Ability to work independently, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
