Trade Operations Readiness Analyst - C11 - MUMBAI

As a Trade Operations Readiness Analyst, you play a critical role in the Trade delivery model by supporting system changes for Trade Operations processes. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating Production Validation Testing and Weekend Sanity testing for Trade products - Providing demo and training for new functions, creating training materials - Developing expertise in Trade Products, Operations Processes (e.g., CSF, ARDF, TRIMS, Imaging, OCR & e-Loan) - Coordinating ad hoc Ops projects and providing SME support to Ops - Tracking and reporting commercialization, escalating critical issues - Reviewing test cases for PVT and handling stakeholder inquiries - Coordinating with stakeholders for effective operations You should have 8 to 10 years of experience in Trade Technology/Trade Operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in stakeholder management/co-ordination with Agile methodology. Understanding of Trade processes and systemic process flows is essential. Your organizational and co-ordination skills, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and effective oral and written communication skills will be key in this role.
