Trade Compliance Engineer

As a Trade Compliance Engineer in Supply Chain Risk Management, your role will involve: - Communicating with global suppliers to gather SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) details - Creating and maintaining records for compliance documentation - Collaborating with designers, project engineers, and logistics engineers to ensure compliance - Working with large datasets to analyze compliance risks To excel in this role, you should have: - A strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering - The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and supplier catalogs - Excellent communication skills in English (Must-have) - Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, or German (Added advantage) - Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (Must-have) - Being detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills in ambiguous contexts - Experience with BPCS/ERP (A plus) This position does not involve supplier development, negotiations, or purchasing. Candidates with experience in BPOs, KPOs, or Language Tutoring are not suitable for this role.
