Job Summary: We are seeking a Tracking Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming the logistics industry with cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing various tracking systems and software, the Tracking Executive closely monitors the movement of shipments from the point of origin to the final destination. They ensure that the shipment progresses through each stage of the logistics process smoothly and efficiently.

• The Tracking Executive serves as a point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on the status of shipments. They respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns related to tracking and delivery.

• The Tracking Executive maintains accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any relevant documentation such as customs forms or shipping invoices. They ensure that all records are up to date and accessible for reference and reporting purposes.

• When issues or delays arise during the shipping process, the Tracking Executive proactively identifies and addresses them. They work closely with various stakeholders, including carriers, customs agents, and warehouse personnel, to resolve any challenges and minimize disruptions to the delivery schedule.

• The Tracking Executive generates reports and provides regular updates on the status of shipments to internal teams, management, and customers. These reports may include key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates, transit times, and any deviations from the planned schedule.

• The Tracking Executive collaborates with different teams within the logistics organization, such as warehouse personnel, transportation teams, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery. They may also liaise with external stakeholders, such as carriers and customs authorities, to ensure compliance and efficient movement of goods.

• The Tracking Executive actively seeks opportunities to improve tracking processes and systems. They identify areas for optimization, propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Overall, a Tracking Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain by closely monitoring shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualification & Skills Required: • 12th or Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Prior experience in Tracking within the logistics industry is added advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of logistics processes, industry regulations, and best practices is advantageous
