Required Skills:

Experience in planning, executing, and managing software development projects (React/Angular, Java,Spring,Spring Boot,DBMS,etc )
Strong Experience in project management
Defining project plans, Working with team and efforts analysis
Experience in working in Agile methodologies & SDLC process.
Helping the delivery team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the team
Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their product
Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the project is well tracked
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong Client and stakeholder management.
Good Exposure on latest technical stacks

Preferred Skills:

Project management in Software development
Product development experience
Working experience with Agile methodologies

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Management

Release management
Working with team and ensure release delivery happens on schedule.
Conduct Sprint Planning, Execution. Spring Demo
