You will be joining GlobalLogic as a Technical Project Manager to work on a significant software project for a world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules to industries such as automotive, healthcare, and logistics. Your main responsibilities will include contributing to the development of end-user modules firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and analyzing and estimating customer requirements. - Plan and execute projects as a Technical Project Manager, ensuring teams have the necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively - Manage the full project management life cycle for implementing complex, large-scale IT and business initiatives - Work closely with stakeholders/clients to understand system requirements and define the Product Vision - Demonstrate leadership in deploying software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes based on release schedules - Provide a software development plan based on state-of-the-art technologies that meet the future needs of stakeholders/clients - Coordinate release and sprint planning, conduct daily scrum meetings, and help developers resolve technical and human resources issues - Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development - Have hands-on experience in developing applications using Java and Javascript technologies - Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented - Well organized with good communication and reporting skills - Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines,
