Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the Third Party Management (TPM) processes at Deutsche Bank's Global Procurement function, ensuring risks related to third party vendors and outsourcing are effectively managed. This role involves driving a large-scale transformation in the third party risk management process, focusing on meeting key regulatory requirements in Third Party Risk. Your main areas of focus will be Content Production and Operational Management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and maintain core content on key Third Party Management topics - Source and develop supplementary content for regulatory engagements, senior management communications, and business requests - Collaborate with the External Engagement Lead and senior stakeholders to implement regular Management Information (MI) to support the TPM story to regulators - Manage the global Third Party Regulatory Engagement Calendar, tracking all reporting submissions, inspections, meetings, and audits related to third party lifecycle topics - Effectively manage Regulatory requests from regional, business, and Regulatory Management Office stakeholders - Handle the third party section of the bi-annual PRA Branch Return, including report production, result evaluation, stakeholder management, presentation, and submission - Coordinate timely responses supporting the annual EY audit - Contribute to regular communications targeting key stakeholders to educate on new regulations, upcoming regulator meetings, audit interactions, news, etc. - Manage the TPM Regulatory Team tracker, audit actions, and findings tracker to ensure effective collaboration and delivery management across the team **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to develop and deliver credible content - Strong communication skills - Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive engagement - Proven experience working on major enterprise-wide transformation programs - Strong attention to detail The company, Deutsche Bank, offers a range of benefits including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for industry relevant certifications, and comprehensive healthcare coverage.
