Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify health insurance claims efficiently.
  • Coordinate with hospitals for cashless claim approvals.
  • Communicate with policyholders and insurance companies regarding claims and policy queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve claim-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Exp. of minimum 6 months.
  • Good communication skills required.
