TPA Coordinator Cum Counsellor

Job Description – TPA Coordinator cum Counsellor We are looking for a TPA Coordinator cum Counsellor to manage insurance claim processes and counsel patients regarding hospital services. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for pre-authorization and claim approvals Guide patients regarding cashless treatment procedures and documentation Assist in filling TPA forms and collect required documents from patients Communicate with patients and families regarding their treatment plans and insurance eligibility Maintain all TPA records and follow-up for claim settlements Prepare reports related to billing and insurance Maintain professionalism in dealing with patients and third-party representatives Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Graduation required (BBA, B.Com, or related field preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of hospital billing & insurance process preferred Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, document scanning, etc.) Experience in hospital or healthcare setup is an advantage Language: Hindi (must), Basic English (preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital/TPA coordination preferred.
