Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype STEM-based toys, models, and activity kits for K-12 students.
  • Apply mechanical, electronic, and design principles to create engaging, safe, and durable products.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers to align toys and activities with learning outcomes.
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including drawings, 3D models, and manuals.
  • Test and refine prototypes based on usability, safety, and learning effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure scalability and quality of final products.
  • Stay updated on global trends in STEM toys, DIY kits, and educational tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Product Design, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in STEM kit/toy design, product prototyping, or educational product development.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.) for 3D modeling and design.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools, 3D printing, and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills with an eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to simplify complex STEM concepts into interactive and child-friendly designs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
