Tours and Travels Executive

The Travel and Tour Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for clients, including booking tickets, preparing itineraries, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of tours. The role involves excellent customer service, attention to detail, and efficient handling of travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket bookings, and travel reservations for domestic and international travel.
• Prepare detailed tour itineraries tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Assist clients with travel information, visa guidance, and tour-related queries.
• Manage tour operations, including scheduling, documentation, and on-ground support if needed.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and address complaints promptly.
• Assist in designing and pricing travel and tour packages.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, destinations, and travel regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel operations, tour management, or ticketing (freshers with relevant education may apply).
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• 2- Wheeler is must
