Tour & Travel coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling tour issues of employees, communicating and negotiating with Hotel managers for travel arrangements, providing guidance on official travel matters, conducting cost analysis for travel expenses, handling employee queries, obtaining approval for travel requests, and coordinating with teams for updating city grading lists. Key Responsibilities: - Use your good communication skills to handle tour issues of employees - Communicate and negotiate with Hotel managers to arrange travel arrangements - Provide guidance, direction, and assistance on official travel matters - Conduct cost analysis to determine travel methods, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles, and other travel expenses - Handle employee queries and provide alternatives for travel and accommodation in emergency situations - Obtain approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses exceeding established limits - Coordinate with service and sales teams to update city grading lists and share updates with the accounts team Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of travel management - Ability to analyze costs and make decisions accordingly Company Details: The company offers benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund.
