Position Overview:-

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Tour Package Executive (International Destinations) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, customizing, and managing international tour packages, handling client inquiries, coordinating with global suppliers, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and customize International Tour Packages based on client requirements, budget, and destination preferences.
• Handle client inquiries for destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Europe, Maldives, Bali, Malaysia, and more.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package costings with accurate details.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and transport providers for bookings and confirmations.
• Ensure timely communication with clients from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
• Support the Sales Team in converting leads into bookings by providing attractive and well-planned packages.
• Stay updated on visa requirements, international travel regulations, and destination trends.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate the best rates to ensure profitability.
• Manage documentation, invoices, and payment follow-ups related to bookings.
• Assist in promotional activities by collaborating with the Marketing Team to showcase popular destinations and offers.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management / Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in handling International Tour Operations or Packages.
• Good knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and DMCs.
• Strong communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
